I purchased this 42cm diameter fountain with the expectation that the water would reach around 2.5m in height, as I was told. However, upon receiving it, the water barely reaches 1 meter—nowhere near what was promised. Before purchasing, they sent me a test video where the height appeared similar (or even lower), but they assured me that the voltage difference would allow it to shoot up to 2.5m once I received it. That turned out to be nothing but an excuse.
I contacted them immediately after receiving the fountain, yet after waiting an entire week with no response, I had to follow up repeatedly—still with no solution or proper explanation. The lack of accountability and poor customer service make this an incredibly frustrating experience. I regret this purchase and would not recommend it.
